Join our FREE Women-Led & Women-Oriented Self Defense Program dedicated to providing the knowledge and tools required to defend Oneself, children, elders, and community members as well as raise your public & personal awareness. This In-Person class will take place Every Wednesday Night | 4PM-6PM at the Downtown Container Park on the Lawn.

ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS AND AGES ARE WELCOMED!
From beginners to experienced students; all are welcomed. All students will learn essential yet simple self-defense techniques that are a combination of Karate, Boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, and FMA. Our instructors will guide you through real life scenarios, drills, & exercises.

*This class aims to shed light on the pressing public issue of increased domestic abuse, generational trauma, & globalized modern slavery. Through open discussions, personal testimonies, and real life demonstrations & exercises we’ll explore the challenges faced by women, children, & other marginalized individuals within this resourceful support group and advocate for our community’s safety.
