Container Park Small Business Saturday Raffle - OFFICIAL RULES

THIS PROMOTION IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED AND/OR ADMINISTERED BY, AND/OR ASSOCIATED WITH FACEBOOK, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM OR ANY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM WHERE IT IS ADVERTISED. VOID OUTSIDE THE U.S. AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION. The Container Park Small Business Saturday Raffle (hereinafter the “Promotion”). Entrants will have a chance to win One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) in “Container Park Bucks”. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited. By participating, you agree to abide by all rules of the Downtown Container Park (hereinafter the “Sponsor”) and that all decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is not liable for any technical failures, misdirected entries, outage, viruses or other causes outside Sponsor's control. Sponsor reserves the right to end or cancel the Promotion at any time.  Entry in the Promotion does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest, or sweepstakes. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Shipping Containers, LLC (d/b/a “Downtown Container Park”) whose decisions shall be final and legally binding in all respects.

2. ELIGIBILITY. This promotion is open to legal U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of Promotion. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, promotion prize suppliers, and each of their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, sales representatives, retailers, printers, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials, their advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the promotion agents (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and each of their immediate family members (as defined by the IRS) and/or people living in the same household are not eligible to participate. All eligibility is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All entries submitted are the property of the Sponsor. The Promotion is void where prohibited.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD. The Promotion Period begins at or around 9:00 AM (Pacific Daylight Time) on November 30, 2019 and ends at 11:59 PM (Pacific Daylight Time) on December 1, 2019 (“Promotion Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER. 

STEP 1:    Each contestant will need to scan the QR Code from a store flyer or sign located in Container Park.

STEP 2: Once the QR Code is scanned, contestant will enter their name, email and phone number.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. Five (5) winners will be selected at random to win Container Park Bucks and nine (9) other contestants will be selected at random to win runner up prizes.  Winners will be notified via email or phone.

6. ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

7. PRIZE. The Grand Prize winners will receive One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) in “Container Bucks” and Runner-Up Winners will receive a gift from a select Container Park store. Runner-Up gifts are preselected and cannot be exchanged. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local income taxes and other taxes or fees associated with the prize. Sponsor will comply with all tax reporting requirements. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made unless Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise.
